The 'Pink Penthouse' is part of Residencial Mirasal. A sleek complex of 60 apartments with a lovely swimming pool and beautifully landscaped garden. With views over the natural salt lake of Torrevieja, the sea and the harbour in the distance.
This luxurious apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, 1 x 2 + 2 x 1 person beds - ( suitable for 2 adults and 2 children ) and 2 bathrooms with shower facilities.
The apartment is fully furnished with a SMART APP TV, Spannish Channels, integrated air conditioning, electric motorized blinds, a balcony and a large roof terrace. The roof terrace ( also called solarium ) offers a beautiful view. This way you can enjoy the sun and the warmth in summer and winter under cover all year round.
The sun blinds provide shelter if you do not want to go out into the sun. In addition to the luxurious garden sets, the outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower ensure that you can relax extensively.
The living room/ kitchen is exactly what you need for an evening of reading, watching TV, cooking and lounging. The open kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher.
The French doors to the large, cool, shaded, north-facing balcony double the living pleasure. And of course with pink accents!
You can never get enough of the view here. The sunrise and sunset always provide a different spectacle. The lake and the sea change color every hour. And as a bonus, the evening offers a sea of lights from the city and villages around the lake.

Actually, staying in the 'Pink Penthouse' 24 hours a day is a relaxing form of halotherapy. The salt content increased by the salt lakes is good for the respiratory tract, skin diseases, promotes blood circulation, is anti-inflammatory and has a beneficial effect on joint complaints ( such as rheumatism, osteoarthritis and arthritis ) and, for example, back/ hip pain.
The area offers all kinds of opportunities to explore. There are many beaches within 5 kilometers and if you go a little further you can enjoy the long sandy beaches on the Mar Menor, ideal for children because there are no waves.
There are six golf courses within a radius of 15 km in the immediate vicinity for the sporting enthusiast. Culture and beautiful Spanish cities such as Alicante ( 78km ), Orihuela ( 27km ) and Cartagena ( 51km ) can be reached in half an hour.
If you want to shop, Torrevieja ( 10 km ) provides nice small shops and, if desired, extensive shopping centers such as La Zenia ( 3.5 km ) and Habaneras ( 12 km ) and our favorite is the Lemon Tree Market in El Raso, or the daily markets and night markets in the nearby towns.
In Los Balcones there are supermarkets ( 550m - 1km ) and tasty eateries and the surrounding villages also offer plenty of that. You fly to Alicante and that is a 40 minute ( 64 km ) drive to Los Balcones

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
We kindly ask you to read the following information carefully.
What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 250 to 300€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
Once you are back home, I would also like to ask you to provide your bank account number so that we can refund the security deposit quickly and efficiently.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
We list all properties on behalf of owners who have appointed a local management team. This team ensures that your holiday accommodation is ready for your arrival and is available to assist you during your stay. If there are any delays in your arrival, please inform the accommodation manager, as they may have multiple appointments at different locations.
To ensure that everything goes smoothly for your upcoming stay, we would like to receive your arrival details as soon as possible.
We kindly request that you provide this information no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date. This will help us make the necessary preparations for your stay.
The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The rental rates include energy costs, except when your consumption exceeds 85 kWh for a 2-bedroom property or 120 kWh for a 3-bedroom property. In these instances, any excess usage will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 0.35€ per kWh.
The key manager will be available to provide further clarification on -site.
